Kevin CarverWorking with Lumina Solar and Tim Cooke has been one of the best decisions we’ve made since buying our home. We are now a year into our new solar panel System and couldn’t be happier. As a roofer by trade, i was VERY selective of the company to install the system. Lumina impressed me from start to finish. 10/10 recommendReview of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Kevin Carver

MAMAS MidwivesWorked with Ryan Cook from Lumina and it could not have been easier. He arranged for all the inspection and permits and paperwork and installation, and his team is super responsive and helpful. The inspector even noticed a dangerous hanging wire about to fall off of our house after a previous storm, and saved us from possible electrocution by contacting Pepco to fix it before moving forward. Once it was installed, and all the permits were in, we got permission from Pepco to turn it on, and we just had to flip a switch and voilà! Solar power! Wish we had done it years ago. Bonus: we gave our code to our son and he got solar power in his house and Lumina gave him a discount and sent us a referral fee!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by MAMAS Midwives
Eman ElshahatWe had a great experience getting a home solar system with Lumina Solar. Our consultant Peter Hayes did a great job walking us through all the options and helping us select the right system, i know i loved the demonstration he had on his screen of the whole system. I appreciated the flexibility with the different time slots to meet or talk through the whole thing. The permitting and install process was very smooth and quick, they installed 13 panels in less than 4 hours, they were very efficient and clean. Worth mentioning is also the communication, it was just the perfect amount, not too much to the point you feel pressured to make a certain decision or the other. Even after the installation Peter Hayes has been very responsive to my questions and concerns. Highly Recommended!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Eman Elshahat
Alicia ShellerI will admit I was very skeptical about going solar because I had been receiving cold calls about it for months and none of these companies that called seemed professional or knowledgeable (in fact, they were calling me and often they were the ones to hang up on me). When I met with Courtney from Lumina Solar I was astounded by the amount of incorrect information that I had been hearing and she showed me the data to back up what they were saying. Courtney built a cohesive plan for my home and walked me through it from start to finish. The presentation was easy and comfortable and she answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she created a plan that was best for ME, letting me know she has my best interests at hand. I am 100% certain my home is in the best possible hands and I am so excited to be going solar. I highly recommend Lumina Solar (and Courtney) if you are looking to go solar, you won't be disappointed!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Alicia Sheller
Krishna KoneruAbsolutely loved the company and their service was awesome. Peter Haynes helped me all the way through the process from day 1 and he is amazing. The whole process took less than 6 weeks.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Krishna Koneru
Chris StoltzfusWhen I was looking to go solar I had done a few quotes and designs with different companies. Lumina came in with not only the best pricing for the work, but the best design plan for the area as well. Jack knew his stuff and had a base design already done that showed estimates based on previous sun data and satellite pictures. We were able to determine taking out some trees could improve performance and which ones could stay. We had to do some back and forth with the electric company to get started which was the biggest hassle. There was a lack of communication from electric on getting us approvals and information if the system we planned was allowed. After 5 months they told us it wasn't and that we would need to pay to have a upgraded transformer installed. They then took another month to tell us a price before we said no and we down sized to what was allowed based on the current grid. By far this was the biggest headache but was in no part Lumina Solar's fault. Once we knew what we were allowed we went back and designed a system that would work. Permits and paperwork went pretty quickly after we got electric company to sign off. Due to the weather there was a little delay in getting install started but the team that came out did fantastic work. The hardest challenge for the installers was dealing with my old house's thick walls, (18inches plus a little empty space before another wall) but after determining what was needed they came back and managed to get the hole drilled. They were able to answer any questions I had along the way for the project and provided insight into other questions I had as well. On the roof install side of things, things went smoothly. A couple of the snow guards got broken but they ordered in new ones and replaced them without a hassle. The full Lumina team worked very well together and were always professional. I have recommended them to others and would do so again. Can't wait to see just how well the system works.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by Chris Stoltzfus
John McGreeveyI was absolutely delighted with our Lumina Solar experience here in Pennsylvania. Matt Dier was our guide throughout the entire process and he was knowledgeable, dependable, attentive to all details, and responsive to my many rounds of questions. I appreciated his customer focus. He provided us a range of options for our house and worked with us to determine the best solar arrangement for our particular situation. Once we agreed upon a plan, he helped us understand what to expect at every stage, from payment and financing to installation to SRECs. When I had a question about one aspect of our solar installation on the day the panels were being installed, Matt looked into the question immediately, got back to me right away, and fully explained that aspect of the installation. The installation team too, described what they were doing and took time to educate us about the system configuration. It is such a pleasure to interact with professionals like Matt Dier and a top-notch company like Lumina Solar and I give them my highest recommendation!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lancaster County Pennsylvania by John McGreevey
